Flower in Style does not ship floral products through carriers or postal services. All arrangements are delivered by hand to maintain quality. Travel services for weddings and events are subject to non-refundable travel fees, retainers, and minimums. Prices, availability, travel options, and delivery terms may change without notice based on seasonal availability, or event requirements.

Shipping Policy

Flower in Style does not offer shipping for any floral products. Because flowers are perishable and designed to be delivered fresh, all orders are fulfilled through local hand-delivery only or on-site event delivery.

Local Delivery (NYC Only)
We provide hand-delivery within New York City and select nearby areas.
Delivery fees vary based on distance, timing, and order type.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect or inaccessible addresses may result in re-delivery fees.

We do not offer nationwide or international shipping.

Event Delivery & Travel for Weddings/Events
Flower in Style offers travel for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, private events, and on-site installations.

Travel Availability
Travel is available throughout NYC, the tri-state area, and select destinations depending on date, location, and staffing needs.

Travel Fees
Travel-related fees may include:

Transportation (car service, parking, tolls, flights if required)

Labor and staffing

Vehicle rentals for large installations

Overnight accommodation if needed for early call times, late breakdowns, or long-distance travel
These fees are included in your proposal and are non-refundable once booked.

Minimums
Events requiring travel may have order minimums and additional labor requirements.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate venue details, access times, and contact information for planners/coordinators.
Delays or access restrictions may result in additional labor fees.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a recipient is unavailable or the location cannot be accessed, we may attempt one additional delivery.
Re-delivery fees may apply.

Quality Assurance
All arrangements are delivered fresh. If there is a concern, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
