These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, floral orders, bookings, consultations, and website use provided by Flower in Style (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing from us, booking services, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Custom Orders & Floral Designs
All floral arrangements are custom-made.
Flower types, colors, and sizes may vary due to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to make design substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.
Because florals are perishable and customized, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
2. Wedding & Event Bookings
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all wedding and event dates.
Design fees, labor fees, travel fees, and final balances must be paid by the deadlines stated in your proposal or contract.
Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of services.
Any changes to the design, quantity, or event details must be submitted as early as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after florals have been ordered or designed.
3. Consultations
All wedding consultations, design consultations, and creative direction fees are non-refundable, even if services are not booked.
4. Delivery, Travel, & On-Site Work
We do not ship floral products.
All deliveries are made locally within NYC or through on-site event delivery.
For travel events (weddings, corporate events, brand activations, destination installs), travel fees apply. These may include transportation, tolls, parking, staffing, vehicle rental, and lodging.
Travel fees are non-refundable once arrangements are booked.
Clients must provide accurate access details, venue contacts, and load-in/load-out information. Additional fees may apply for delays, restricted access, or extended hours.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations for florals, events, or weddings will not result in a refund of retainers, consultations, or design fees.
If florals have already been purchased or designed, the client is responsible for all associated costs.
Event cancellations or date changes are subject to availability and may require new fees.
6. Refunds / Freshness Guarantee
We offer refunds only for florals that die within 48 hours of delivery, with photos provided as proof.
Refunds do not apply to events, weddings, custom designs, or consultations.

7. Website Use
All content on this website — including images, designs, text, branding, and logos — is the property of Flower in Style and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
You may not use this website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with third-party payment processors, booking systems, or embedded social media content.
These providers operate under their own privacy and security policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
9. Pricing & Availability
Prices, services, delivery areas, availability, and seasonal floral options may change without notice.
Quotes are valid only for the time period stated in your proposal.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flower in Style is not liable for delays, weather-related issues, transit disruptions, supplier shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services, events, or website use.
11. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Orders are not confirmed, designed, or dispatched until payment has been received in full.
If payment is not completed within this timeframe:

No exceptions will be made during high-volume holidays or event periods
For same-day or rush orders, full payment is required immediately upon invoice receipt and is subject to availability and additional rush fees.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to Flower in Style’s Terms, Delivery, and No-Refund Policies.
