Refund Policy

Flower in Style reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All refunds, replacements, or credits are issued at the discretion of Flower in Style and may require photo documentation. By placing an order, booking a consultation, or securing event services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Flower in Style is not responsible for delays, damages, or conditions outside our control, including weather, traffic, delivery restrictions, or venue access issues.

Refund Policy

At Flower in Style, all floral arrangements and event designs are custom-made. Because fresh flowers are perishable and created specifically for each client, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer a limited freshness guarantee for retail floral orders.

1. Freshness Guarantee (48 Hours)

If your flowers wilt or die within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos.
If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement arrangement or

  • Store credit in the value of the original item

This applies only to standard floral orders, not weddings or events.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued without photo proof.

2. No Refunds on Custom Designs, Weddings, or Events

All wedding florals, event florals, installations, and custom design work are non-refundable due to:

  • advance ordering of florals

  • custom, made-to-order designs

  • labor, staffing, and allocated production time

  • seasonal market fluctuations

Once flowers are purchased or work has begun, all costs are final and cannot be refunded.

3. Consultations & Design Fees

All consultations, creative direction, design fees, and proposals are non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to move forward.

4. Delivery Issues

We guarantee delivery within the timeframe agreed upon. Notwithstanding the foregoing, refunds will not be issued if:

  • the address provided was incorrect

  • the recipient was unavailable

  • Any action or inaction by the venue or building including without limitation denied access

  • weather or traffic delays or other unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, theft, and/or any other so called “force majuere”event occurring outside our control

Re-delivery fees may apply.

5. No Shipping Refunds

Flower in Style does not ship floral products.
All arrangements are hand-delivered locally in NYC.
Because we do not ship, no shipping-related refunds apply.

6. Travel Fees

For weddings or events requiring travel:

  • Travel fees, transportation costs, lodging, and staffing fees are non-refundable once booked.

  • If an event is canceled, travel fees cannot be refunded, as these costs are prepaid or reserved in advance.

7. Cancellations

If you cancel your order after production has started or flowers have been purchased, no refund will be issued.
Wedding and event retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.

We reserve the right to amend and/or update the foregoing terms and conditions at any time.
